Help with eircon plug+play thingy

I got rid of ISDN a few weeks ago,eircon told me that they cancelled the isdn from the exchange and they left that little plug and play box thing with me. I got rid of ISDN a few weeks ago,eircon told me that they cancelled the isdn from the exchange and they left that little plug and play box thing with me.
I still use it because it turns out very handy what with my PC setup in the house.
The prob is that even though the phone is disconnected from the line downstaires and im on the net,if someone tries to ring my pc just gets totally frozen up and have to reboot.
My mother board is a kt7a raid and theres some wake on lan thing or call ,something to do with calls to you pc,i forget but i lost the manual,if anyone can help plz,cheers in advance.
