Printer in NT

OK .. I have 2 printers connected to a system ones local the other is a network printer .. the network printer keeps hanging the bloddy system , but when i go to the printers folder it just sits there... anyone any ideas .. and no reg hacks please ***** Feel my Evil Neon Claws *****
