faster, programable Transform and Lighting engine, complies with dx8 and loads of other stuff to make it faster (& more expensive!)

To confuse u even more theres now Geforce 2 Ti and Geforce 3 Ti 200 and 500 coming out now.

Read this article on Dr.Toms site, really good analysis and links to all his other great review/explanations of the Geforce series cards.
