    It seems Osama Bin Laden phoned President Bush.

    "I had a dream, George. I had a dream about the USA. I could see the whole country, and over every single building and private home was a banner."

    "What did the banner say?", asked the Prez.

    "LONG LIVE OSAMA," sneered Osama.

    "Well, I'm really glad you called," replied Bush, "because I also had a dream. In my dream, I saw Afghanistan, and it was more beautiful than I'd ever imagined. It was totally rebuilt, and over every building flew a huge swirling banner."

    "What did the banner say?" asked Bin Laden.

    "Damned if I know," replied Bush, "I can't read Hebrew."
