    Nope. I just spotted that on ENN meself and was coming over to post it. :)
    The Irish Times reports that the European Commission may take legal action against the Irish government because it has exceeded the deadline for local loop unbundling by more than 10 months. The Commission will announce its intentions in mid-November, the paper said, but leaked documents have labelled Ireland as one of the worst offenders in opening the incumbent telco's local network to competition. The paper also reports that Eircom has called "discriminatory" the telecom regulator's decision to approve price hikes for Irish cable TV companies.
