memory for old pc

    i've got a p75 (circa 1996) with 16mb of memory(my only pc atm,don't laugh i'm getting another) and i want to stick some more memory in it. what sort of memory do ne i reckon is in it?

    72pin Simms. 72pin EDO memory is better but dont mix the 2 types. If you have EDO get more EDO and vise versa.

    If you haven't a clue what the memory is, your best bet would to be to install a good PC Diagnostics tool, that should be able to give you all the info on what's already installed.
    (eg. Scisoft Sandra)
    Think you can pickup a trial version somewhere...
