The lads who designed those probably got paid a packet of some poor fool.

    A friend of mine up-dates a site once a month for £200..........

There are a lot of beauties out there

To be honest Boards has one of the best front pages I've seen........very nice.

Good that u don't need to maximise the window to navigate...

I think this explains that souveniers page:
    <meta name="Generator" content="Microsoft Publisher 98">

Not to mention it being 'regularly updated' & 'last updated 19/12/99', sure that was only near on five months ago I suppose.

I propose a trip thusly for Limerick:

    1. Go to Limerick.

    2. Get stabbed.

    3. Fin.

That Limerick one aint so bad, but christ! That souvenirs one is just offensive! They should find the guy that made that welcome gif and melt his teeth with a blowtorch mad.gif

Actually, I've just gone and looked a little deeper into the Limerick one. I take back what I said before.

Um... I'm from Limerick myself originally, but **** it - I won't comment on that "get stabbed" thing...

As for boards.ie, - yeah- very well done, front page seems to be specifically written for higher res screens though, or is it just me?

Post your 'scary' site for a look at something different Bard!

    Lucutus of Borg

Um... dunno about that Lucutus... it's hardly what you'd call "finished"... (or scary for that matter)...

still though, in its current half-assed, written in 20 minutes, kludged together with sticky-tape and glue form... it STILL looks better than my two examples at the top, so what the hell...

Scary Eire (not officially "launched" yet... but still "there")
