For cheap crucial PC133 stuff go for dabs, they charge UK£20 delivery to eire, which is brill if you order say a monitor, but crap for 2 sticks of ram:

For higher performance (PC150, PC2100DDR etc.) tested stuff (and cheaper delivery if its only ram n your order) got to goto overclockers:

Whilst we're on the subject of ram, anyone know some good places to by RDRAM? I had ordered half a gig of it from knowledgemicro.com in the US, working out quite a bit cheaper than irish alternatives, even after shipping and everything, but they mailed me after a few days saying that they no longer take credit card orders from outside the US and Canada, and wanted an expensive western union money transfer.

Can't be arsed with that.

I wouldn't stress too much over where to buy RAM. We all know its nearly as cheap as dirt at the moment.

Whoever you buy off make sure you do it soon.

RAM prices seem to have the bottom of their cycle and are beginning to increase again.

The best way to buy RAM in Ireland is probably to get the best Irish price. Delivery from the UK is a bit prohibitive unless you have other stuff on the order.

Just to say, I bought 512MB DDR RAM from peats today for IR£110, which is damn good considering the recent price increases. Cheapest in Ireland I think.
