An enn article about a group in the SouthEast who have similar aims to IOffl's. I'm probably way behind the times, but maybe they should be contacted by IOffl(If they havent already :)). They may only be committed to the SouthEast, but any advance in any part of the country is certainly a step forward. From what I gather…
