why can't u open it? Dell don't really have a "No Tampering" clause.

I'm not sure about the no tampering clause really, but what I will say is you should have a brief look on this board, and you will see many threads which list computer components suppliers. Follow the links provided, and see what the story is, instead of lazily expecting people to come up with a tailored answer for you. If you can't find anything, fair enough but I sincerely doubt that would be the case.
