Advice needed on puter parts (quicly please)

    Hey, sorry bout this but im in a bit of a hurry here, i've been handed £500 sterling and told to get the following parts :-

    Motherboard
    PCU
    Heatsink
    RAM
    Hard drive
    Case

    could ye please advise me on what is the best to get at the moment i'm willing to buy in Ireland or England only, i haven't been upto date on whats been happening in the tech world lately due to different things and i'd greatly appreciate it if ye could tell me what is the best to get now....and i need a list ASAP kinda...
