Nope, I don't think so....
UBB doesn't appear to have any such options to change your username.
The only way to do it is to edit the user file that contains your details with a text editor, but there's no way you can do that since this file is on the server and you don't have access privilages to change or even see this file.

Your best option is to just make a new account and bin your old one...
Also I think it'd be nice to announce that you nolonger want to use your old account, so it can be 12-clicked (removed) for someone else to use in the future.
