    Hi all,

I need to set an NT environment variable to old_value;new_value.

    In DOS if I do

    C:\set MYVAR SomeString

    C:\set MYVAR
    SomeString

    C:\set MYVAR MYVAR;NewString

    C:\set MYVAR
    MYVAR;NewString

I actually wanted it to be the value "SomeString;NewString" - ie append the new value on old.

    I've tried prefixing ie:

    C:\set MYVAR $MYVAR;NewString
    C:\set MYVAR %MYVAR;NewString

but that doesn't work either. Anyone got a clue?

    Cheers,
    Al.
