Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Dont be sorry, firstly take out the viewing card. un plug receiver from mains at the back of the receiver and hold down the backup button while you re connect the mains until you get an onscreen message.

    FYI, the software was taken off air due to newer Panasonic DSB31's having different processors than earlier ones and the software had to be adapted to suit the newer 31's. This is what tech dept at Sky told me anyway.
