    looking for a game for a customer

    chesswars. the fugures actually make the movement of the kill.

    for example - queen attacks pawn, makes the kill by hitting it with her crown, or something

    circa 95 i think, not sure

    ideas ?

    But,when i get to the blank board...what do i do to play :o
    And it asks me 4 questions thingies at the start...what are they about ??

    I don't know what the questions are all about... some cryptic-chess-nerd trivia maybe?
    You should be able to access the menu by pressing left Alt, then using the arrow keys to navigate the menu... that's if you don't already have mouse support configured.
    You might need a DOS-based mouse driver TSR loaded to get mouse support... not too sure how it plays through windows.
    Battlechess is (to say the least) dated (at least the one I'm familiar with), used to run it on my 386 :D
    Isn't there a more up to date version out? maybe something with OpenGL/D3D support? :)
