scroll bar appearing at bottom for no reason?!

    Hey can anyone tell me why i got a scroll bar at the bottom of this page.

    i know its only a little thing but its annoying me.

    <edit> oh, it was fine before at 1024*768 and 800*600 with out the scroll bar at the bottom. My tables use %'s and the banner image stops short. I think i might of lobbed off some code somewhere but i just can' see it</edit>

    I'm guessing it's something to do with the table width being set to 102%

    Having a TD width of 1022 isn't good either.

    Line 30 or so
