Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

This is in relation to the disgraceful closing hours in the pubs across the land. Why in this day and age should pubs be made to shut at such pathetic hours?

In my trips back home to germany and upon visits to spain, holland, italy the yall have proper shutting down rights, landlord shuts when they feel like it. None of this nonsense of 1 am yere all out and fined by the local misery brigade :)

Are we really that backward that the pub situation is like this? spsoe it can also be related to our poor internet infrastucure!

    Ireland were always last!!!

the irish have a very immature attitude to drink.. the crappy opening hours are as much a blessing as a curse.

at least this way we only have to deal with a large croud of drunken teenagers once or twice a week.

Go to england, and see what the opening hours are there, then you might think that Ireland is lucky.
