Where is the best price to buy a GBA ?
And, what should I expect to pay ?

play247.com have them for £79.99 sterling delivered (€130.00), is this a good deal ?

How much are games (such as Doom) ?

£130 is a complete rip off!!
I can get them in EB for £50 (sterling)
The games are about £25-30 though.

That'll be the second hand no-packaging no-warranty price, mind.

Games are £35-£40 in smyth's software zone(off henry st.). Games are damn good. I recomende castevania very highly Mario kart is damn fine also, and doom is sweet.

only disadvantage of the gba is the bloody awfull screen, if only they had made the screen that bit better! would be a damn fine machine, which it is, but i hate it when its too dark to see where the hits are coming from in doom!!
