Reporting Price Hikes?

Anyone done this yet? Usually I would laugh if someone suggested ratting on a business thatupped their prices, but I have come across some HUGE ones latesy, mainly my local Chineese which is expensice enough anyway... P**ses me off.. Is there maybe an anonomous E-mail address you can send it to?
