How to get rid of ISP Ads on Outlook Express?

How can you erase the Headings on both Microsoft Outlook & every webpage with stuff like : Welcome to Eircom.net & UTV internet etc. Is there anyway to rid ourselves of these ads?

u know the internet setting file u get of these corowd - its <SOMENAME>.ins - fire up that in notepad and edit away
when ur done just double click on it again
