    Sutty go...

    File => Options => Firewall =>

    Tick the use socks firewall box and select socks5 box. Put this IP in the hostname box 193.196.158.251 , 1080 goes into port box, now connect to server. Local host: unknown (193.196.158.251) <-- this means its worked. I dont know how long that socks server will last tho.

    Theres a program on the web site called IRC bounce. It will allow you to connect to irc through a https proxy server like proxy.esatclear.ie:8080
