ok, look at your acreen where it says: boards.ie/vbulletin>commuinity>free radio will sum1 tell what they mean by free radio? as opposed to costly radio, perhaps?

Well it doesn't take a scientist to work out it means non-license paying.
Let me break that sentence down.... FREE license.

Now you may ask how is that free radio?
Well that's just a nicer way of putting it
