How easy is it to get this installed? I read somewhere that all ya had to do was to get a bloke from ur provider to nip round and pop an adapter on your phone-line. Is it really this simple?

But yeh, my bro got it installed and it doesn't take very long at all.
They came out only a few days after it was orderd.
AFAIK they install and configure your new PC hw/sw too.
