Question: Anyone use DVB cards and looking for info on the setup of the system

Basically thinking of getting a DVB card for fast download using satellite however dont know exactly what i require and if anyone uses it is it prone to failure?? Exact setup required would be great and which ISP all info greatly appreciated..
