Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The sticky thread at the top has a loads of links to rom sites.
Should it be changed to "Abandonware"? (as shinji hints to)

Afaik, emulators themselves are legit, it's the roms that are in the grey area. So "Emulators" as a board name is fine imo.

I don't see any problems. The links posted are all abandonware. I don't allow direct linking to roms. I do check to see the content to make sure its not Warez/N64/Playstation.

Admins; Should I allow links to rom sites?

I dont think that there should be direct linking to Roms as in fairness this is where all the contraversy lies.Although most of the games companies dont really give 2 damns about games for there old old consoles, but it is still warez afaik. Apart from that there seems to be a healthy interest in the board since it has been moved into a more Public Place.

If you really want to, you can buy a Bleem CD from that place on Talbot St. for about 30 notes iirc.

bleem tried to make bleemcast... a ps1 emu for dreamcast.
there code was weak, and they were only able to make one cd per game, so to play mgs you would have to buy bleem mgs and buy mgs.

    lol?
