ISDN gone down?

I have an unconfirmed rumour that eircom managed to screw up their recent upgrade to the isdn network but ended up downgrading it to 56k ISDN. Now apparently it's not working at all. Any more info or am I talking sh8? Lunacy Abounds! Play GLminesweeper!
