The government could make a quick dent in the bills we pay for Internet use and maybe make Ireland more of a center of e-enterprise by dropping the VAT on telecon use. That would make a quick drop of 20 percent in our bills, and if the revenues are going to the parts of the government which are making sure that the consumer gets a fair shake, no one would notice any difference.
