Unmetered Internet Access In Waterford?

    Does anyone know of ANY unmetered ISP's in Waterford? Or flat rate ISDL access? Or is there any plans for either of these in the near future? it's for a 'freind' who's monthly internet bill is HUGE.

    I think the cable operator in Dungarvan does flat-rate Internet access. Lemme see.... here we go...

    If you're in the City then NTL is the nearest you'll get to flat-rate.
    NTL have a deal called 3 in 1 which gives you telly, internet and telephone for about €18 a month I think. Call 1800 321 321 for details.

    Oh yeah, the flat rate bit is free weekend and public holliday
    surfing.
