    Warning..I am about to show how sad and old I am..:)

    Bill Oddie was one of three members of a comedy group called "The Goodies". They had a tv program that comprised of mainly sketches and silly stuff on a Saturday evening. They also had a minor chart hit in the seventies with a song called "The Funky Gibbon".
    I beleieve the other members were Tim Brooke-Taylor and Graeme Gardner.

    Bill appears on ornithological tv shows on the BBC very occasionally

    He was on "This is your life" during the week. Didn't know they were still flogging that dead horse buy anyway...


    Who had that song - chorus ran something like "Bill Oddie Bill Oddie Bill Oddie " (think you get the idea)
