do any of you have this file on ur computers. whenever i try to start an application it says: "windows cannot find blah blah. this program is needed to open files of type 'application'" i've never heard of it before and it isnt on my other compy or on any of my friends. wtf? can anyone help I Live

That's an NT program? Did you try to install an NT program? or are you using NT?

no and no. i'm running win 98 and i was just on the net and it suddenly came up
