    i use Audio Catalyst which has the CBBD option aslong as your on the internet

    Musicmatch Jukebox does too.... I think if you upgrade it (buy it in other words) you can rip off-line and it will name them later...?

    I suppose you could just connect up, keep popping in your cd's to get them recognised and then rip off-line?

    Audiograbber, then use the LAME encoder (You can add new encoders to the ripper which is v.nice). Also it uses FreeDb by default instead (Though you can change this in the INI file), which allows you to download the database in one go for offline use.
