whoever said that S&M was the best deserves a beating with a big ****ing toothbrush...its ****e...ride the lightning and master of puppets are the best...I voted for ride the lightning because Escape has the coolest sound of all their songs...

ARRRGGGH... I can't call this one cause there's songs on every album that I like.

I could cheat and say "Live Sh*t: Bing & Purge" cause its .. well .. "live", but I dunno.

Possibly a toss between Puppets and the Black Album

I could say something like... Oh I forgot to include "my name is sinus and I'm a twat" !!! ... but that would be childish, so I won't... (er..?)... and will instead say "if you've nothing useful to contribute... don't contribute."... Yeah... that'll do.

Oh, and I voted for S&M myself.

    Because it's wonderful.

    - saying it's not an album because "it's only live stuff" is... well- just plain silly.

Ride The Lightning, but only just. It was a close thing between it and S&M (which I really love).

Kill 'Em All i think's the best. i do so i do.

I like $5:98 garage days revisited alot too but there's not enough tracks on it.

Master of Puppets so takes second place i think with Ride the lightning riding up the rear of a trio.

Anything after the eponymous album (more often refered to as the Black album) sucks ASS major league.

yeah, if it weren't just an EP, it'd be a choice in the list... as it is "Garage Inc." kinda takes its place.

no, garage inc, garage days and garage days revisited and garage days re-revisted are all different albums/eps/whatever.
i have garage days/garage days revisted on one cd.

    Jesus, it's a hard call.... but ...

It would be MOP followed closely by AJFA:)

If MOP had a bit more of a kick in it production-wise, then definitely... far better tunes

I wouldn't even consider anything after AJFA - different band as far as I'm concerned

    that's just MY opinion

    "Justice..."

Simply becuase it was the first Metallica album I bought when I was 9:rolleyes: And it was prolly the last album metallica made before they became "Corporate Arena Rockers"!

    BTW WWMan,
Is that the original Garage Days EP that you have??

I have the original on Tape and Vinyl.
I bought the tape in about 1990 and I only bought the vinyl when I heard that it was so rare.

I've never really looked into it but supposedly originals are quite valuable....
    Any offers Gents:D??
