ABIT MoBo problem

Anyone know how to restore defaults on this once I've altered bus speeds. It wont even show post b4 hanging (nothing on screen)

that or holding down insert as you turn on the pc will set it to bios defaults, but it may say that its at the old setting. just go into change your bus speed and so on and when you restart what ever you didn't change in your bios will go back to what you set them as. cas timing and so on.
