This is a work related query but because its about work in the Tech sector.

In a few months I'll be finishing my final year of Comp and Elec Eng in NUI, Galway and I'm just wondering what the work market is like at the moment. I figured given the large number of people working in my sector visit here, that they might have a good idea of how much employment is out there. Obviously the college has been devoid of the boom-time milk run this year, but I'd like to know who's hiring NCG's (especially in the Programming/Development area) and how fúcked or other wise thinghs are.
