Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ahh .. the fond memories :)

Like the time he blew up the kitchen .. and all you see is a camera on the living room, with a little furball being propelled through the air :D

Or the time he's trying to hold himself from going to the toilet:

"Mind over matter ... mind over matter ... mind over matter .....

OOO... MATTER OVER MIND MATTER OVER MIND!! "

    class stuff :D

I've far too much free time on my hands :)
A pog is a little disc type thing with pictures on them, they brought them out again awhile back (Pokemon ones I think).

I was about to ask the same thing. :)

    *sigh*
ok um IIRC they're little round disks a bit bigger than a pound coin... you stack them up and the other kid smacks em with his thingy... (no not that thingy, its another disk the same size but made of plastic not card,) any that end up the wrong way over he wins or some thing... they are collectable with some rare ones and stuff ... people swap them and trade them and play pogs for them ...
they where a big craze a few years ago... abit after my time ... I only remember them cause i watched a lot of kids TV and my secondary school had a primary and kindergarten in one place with it ...
it alway felt odd to be walking down the hall to science and being anoyed by small children... or sitting out side at lunch ... and having the kindergarten attack...

You can't even get them on DVD. Videos were released years ago but their all well gone. If anyone hears of them being re-released let us know.

Watching ALF was something of a guilty pleasure in the 80's'.
but you havent seen funny until you've seen ALF in German, truly
hilarious, you can usually catch it on SAT 1 at some early hour.

Speaking of furry, anyone else love Garfield?

    Mike.

well the main writer for the show had something in common with the man above.

He got heavily addicted to coke and shot himself after a session in which he dosed up on copious ammounts of the drug.

Cant remember exactly where i heard that but AFAIK thats was the fate of the writer.

they took the show off the air soon after the man's death.
