Well DNS to the states IS flakey at the moment but last night the box fell over and had an issue when it got rebooted. All is well now.

will some1 fill me in on how the ranking works in this. I see ensigns, commanders, lieutenants, captains but somepeople with less posts than others have a higher rank.
whats the story?
