    a decent Video card (one with ViVO). I ask only cause this card will be used more or less to capture video from VHS, and encoding and transfering them to either computer or CD.

    Can anyone recommend such a card, price and where is the best place to purchase one?

    Besides the VIVO card, what else should I get to perform such a task?
