Master ini missing on install of office on nt 4.0

as the topic says, when trying to install office on 2 of 15 com's I get the error msg master ini is missing. It doesn't say master .ini is missing it's master ini :confused: np's on all other com's, tried to install as domain admin and local admin. Tried re-installing service pack 6a and still no joy, any clues?
