Anyone here setup Internet connection sharing on win98 with an Isdn Modem?
If so, Was iT much the same as the win98 56k modem ICS. Or is it a bit more complicated?

    Thanks

    Tom

Should probably try the nets/comms board but anyway. No it will be exactly the same.

btw, isdn is digital, and so you are referring to an isdn terminal adapter, not an isdn modem. Cr8or, that doesn't make any sense. You are using a dialup connection, surely you can enable ics regardless of whether the modem is internal or external?

I agree with gerry. no matter what the dial-up device is, it still uses ppp. so u can enable ICS through that device.

it dont show up on the list of modems inside the ics settings

and if it dont show up u cant turn on ics with it

mabe the drivers dont support ics or the other way around
