After a few drinks I'll drink anything I'm given, if I'm buying myself it'll usually be just a double vodka or double whiskey or maybe aftershock then down them, I never do this on my own though, always have someone else downing one with me.

I'll usually drink vodka and coke, although when I'm in a certain pub (no names ) I'll drink bacardi instead, as they have a habit of watering the vodka (accidently I'm sure).

You can get it in Planet Murphy downstairs, but not in Palace.

Anyone found anywhere else that sells this?

The Shottage that i have consumed has varied over the last few years.

I once was a huge fan of ice cold vodka, but then myself and a mate won 2 litre bottles of Smirnoff and i nearly died.
So i stopped that.

Then it was tequila, then JD, then Jaegermeister(sp?), then Goldslogger(sp?), and thenRocket fuel aka poitín. wicked stuff.
But that stuff is tough on the belly, puke-wise.
Bacardi is ok.
Aftershock is puke. it doesnt matter what colour they make it.

Absinthe was interesting, and so were the pink elelphants that forced it down my neck.

Cocktail wise, i like a White Russian, or a Black Russian.
i dont discriminate.

Speaking of Absinthe, i saw this ad in a magazine yesterday for Sebor Absinthe 55% volume is on sale in Tescos or will be soon.

Ill shoot schnaaps but theres not much point as its not very strong. There was some unpleasantness with tequila and sambucca so i avoid them now.

try : a shot of (drambuey) not sure bout spelling but sounds right...
dip ur fingers in and rub them around the rim of the glass... shake the drink with ur hand covering the glass. light the drink and then lick your hand and slap it over the top shake once more to get fumes allround glass and to put out flames. now make a slow gap to sniff the fumes and fast as u can drink back the drambuey. id say after 3 - 4 of these your purely hammered...

had a good night at a friend's 19th recently in the GPO in Galway, they had one of the 20-minute specials and the young fellah at the bar got up on it with a bottle of tequila and a bottle of ime with the caps on em and proceeded to give everyone free shots in the mouth.
