Is there any sites that have utils to get out from under a firewaal. Our firewall won't let me download by FTP.

In a well structured place you would have this thing called DOOR.

do something like...

ftp door
> connect username@ftpsite.com

You can configure FTP programs to use a DOOR as well.

If they're using IIS, the Microsoft Proxy Client does wonders.....so I hear anyway.
