    rebooted my W2K machine and IE5.5 switched on autocomplete? I normally leave it disabled, just kind of strange.

    funny, mines done just the opposite, maybe theyve swapped...?

    Did it again for no apprant reason. Anyone know of a exploit?

    It happens to me too hobbes. About ooh, say 4 or 5 times in the last year -IE4 until about 5 mths ago then 5, then soon 5.5 altho it happened with all of then :/

    It's just happend on my MAC now. It has never happend on the MAC before, I can only assume that some site I have recently browsed has a way to switch on the autocomplete.
