It can't be disabled but download powertoys from MS and tweak ui allows you to automate it.

You can do it manually if you want (This is what Powertoys does in any case)Go to the following registry key. HKLM\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
and set these values -
AutoAdminLogon = 1
DefaultDomainName = ?
DefaultUsername = ?
DefaultPassword = ?
