If you could run a project of RE-creating a old game and bring it up to our 2002 and next generation level. Which game would you pick ?

Any reason ?

Interestingly, State of Emergency was originally supposed to be very, very similar to Syndicate.

Shame they messed it up so totally, eh?

although I dont think tekken can be bettered so I dont think theyll do that, unless they do a pure karate 3d rendered game, but without throws it wouldnt be quite as good.

Well, they have done a good job re-vamping Kick-Off to Kick-Off 2002.

But I would like to make a modern version of pacman. Maybe a 3D FPS version of Pacman, that would be cool. Or perhaps not.

Absolutely brilliant game, it 0wned my life for the brief time that I had it on the Amstrad 64k, something about laying all those traps propelled it to classic status

Elite... why did I never get to play this

Cannon Fodder - Everything, from the insane soundtrack to the Soopa Doopa Boosters made this a must buy for the mega drive.

Flashback - Delphine software's finest moment. Atmospheric, involving, innovative and original. I haven't seen a game quite
like this lately (the sequel, Fade to Black wasn't nearly as good as the original IMO)

Jungle Strike - Just thought I'd chuck that in there

Manic miner - OMG, I can't believe someone else remembered this one! Damn tough game (well I was about 8 when I played it

)
