Get a GeForce2MX PCi/GF2Ti 64Meg AGP/GF4 xxx MX, overclock your cpu, get a BIOS update.
That's it, unless you have a fairly new mobo and can do Gerry's Tuatulin - BX mod

You could get a new mobo and Duron, and a GeForce2-mx ... the main thing is the Voodoo1 though I reckon, ditch it asap :P
