I am not a programmer ....... But I have taken on a project for my company making a form . I need to validate it also . I have drop down boxes Radio buttons check boxes....allsorts of different things . and I need to use Perl to code it where do I start and where can I find some good resource's ???

I'm presuming you're talking about a CGI program, if so you may be better off looking at PHP, ASP or JSP.
Anyhoo, if you absolutely must use Perl then take a look at the documentation for the CGI.pm module.
It'll have everything you need there.
