    politics is such a big word. taking current affairs, you've got the likes of noam chomsky, howard zinn, john pilger etc. http://www.zmag.org is a gd starting point.

    if on the other hand what you mean by politics is the circus of the dail or the house of comments .... yeugh, that's not politics.
