Where to get P60 copy/re-issue

Lost the original one for tax yr ended 5 Apr 2001. Who has the authority to re-issue them and what sort of turnaround time might one expect? --e

Ask your boss for a photocopy / duplicate (most companies would keep a copy) or ask the tax office (might only have parts of the information, but they are generally quite helpful these days).
