Losing 3500 jobs by 2003 isn't a problem - and will be eaily done. There are alot of people who put off retirement, and loads of other people who are staying put because of the shares, and in 2 years, when everyone has all their shares, you will see nearly 5 years worth of retirmentsand walkouts done in a matter of weeks.

And everyone is happy, esp. us with all the shares
