Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    lol me incharge of the tech forum... despenseing my dodgy tech advise muhawhaw eeeem sweet.

    I generally expect the mod of a forum to know what he/she's talkin about, if they advise something i usually take it as fact!! *shrug* maybe thats just me then.

    All I can say in regards to my moderatorship is that it hasn't changed my personality in the slightest... Fair enough I rant quite a lot, and moan even more, but you'll find Im always more approachable on the Game Editing Board, and the fact that I do a lot of "Game Editing" at home and elsewhere is just the icing on the round sweet birthday type party thing with candles in it...

    Im always throwing my idea's / suggestions around, and trying to inject some life into the party, but I can honestly say that the board is not exactly capable of making me sweat... I think I've locked a grand total of "1" threads since I was moderator - Which is a good thing, because if I do find something that qualifies as a "Lockable" thread, I will first report the mess to an admin before nuking that ****er with some steaming hot moany goodness...

    As for the rest of you, I must say that the majority of moderators are doing a good job. Considering the rate at which boards.ie is growing, everyones managed to keep it in a relatively good shape (And a pat on the back for meglome, Shinji and Mills for their CS Board moderating skills back when it was a flaming pit of muppet hell)

    Anyway Im off to Fibber McGee's to get smashed - Power to the mods, or something.
